Requirements

• Mastery of UI/UX : Proficient in creating world-class user-centered designs that align with business goals. A keen understanding of user experience and user interface principles across mobile and desktop
• Design development : Beyond mastering Figma, you possess an understanding of how designs translate to production and have experience working closely with developers in agile environments
• Adherence to standards : A firm grasp of design standards, ensuring that designs comply with design systems and best practices for usability, accessibility and industry best practices
• Curious, insight and data-driven : You’re keen to understand the business, the larger context, the users and the competitive landscape. You enjoy asking questions and learning new things every day. You’re driven to optimize impact together with partners in UX Research, Data and Product

Responsibilities

• Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs
• Identify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change
• Work closely with Product, UXR, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production
• Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions
• Stay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design field
