Summary

Join Arkose Labs as a Staff Product Manager and lead the development of our core bot detection and mitigation products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, focusing on addressing emerging threats and leveraging technology advancements. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Data-first approach to product decisions and performance measurement
  • Basic SQL and Data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete lifecycle of Challenge and Mitigation solutions, including Arkose MatchKey, shaping strategy based on customer needs and market trends
  • Define the vision for next-generation Arkose solutions, keeping them at the forefront of technology
  • Expand our suite of Challenges and Mitigation options to address emerging threats and leverage technology advancements
  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and secure buy-in
  • Partner with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans
  • Lead agile, iterative product cycles with frequent releases and customer feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cloud Security, BOT Management, or Account Fraud domains
  • Familiarity with AI/ML based solutions and upcoming technologies
  • Understanding of statistical and analytical concepts
  • Passion for research and exploring emerging technologies
