Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of progressive, full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years specializing in GTM recruiting with expertise in search/market strategy, creative sourcing, pipeline generation, business partnerships, and offer negotiation in fast-paced SaaS enterprise environments
- Proven success in delivering results through a business ownership mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments while leading multiple searches, projects, and relationships
- Goal-oriented and data-driven mindset, adept at measuring success through metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, and candidate experience, while driving continuous improvement with empathy and integrity
- Proficiency in Greenhouse.io and Gem, ChatGPT to enhance recruitment strategies
- Strong ability to develop diverse and inclusive candidate slates that align with Ridgeline’s commitment to equity and core values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable and team-first mentality with strong problem-solving skills, thriving in high-growth environments and stretching to meet evolving business needs
- Flexible and collaborative approach to elevating recruitment practices and team dynamics; ability to stretch and thrive with the business needs in order to elevate our teams

Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic hiring plans, aligning search and market strategies with business objectives
- Execute full-cycle sourcing by developing diverse and inclusive pipelines through creative strategies and proactive collaboration with sourcers
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to provide insights, guidance, and recruitment expertise that align with their team goals
- Mentor and coach sourcers, junior team members, and hiring partners to elevate recruitment practices and build a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Screen candidates to identify alignment with Ridgeline’s core values and role-specific needs
- Act as a candidate advisor, guiding them through a seamless interview process while effectively communicating Ridgeline’s value proposition
- Leverage data and AI-driven tools to inform decisions, measure success, and refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering productive partnerships
- Build trust and influence stakeholders to drive consensus on hiring strategies and candidate selection
- Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, focusing on building diverse and inclusive pipelines, strengthening employer branding, and equipping interview teams with effective training and best practices
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and meet business objectives
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
- Contribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
