Staff Visual Designer

Requirements

• Have experience working for in-house teams or agencies where design craft collides with deliverable calendars
• Have a portfolio showcasing work with demonstrable positive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define systems for layouts, typography, color, and composition, pushing the Backlight brand forward through the delivery of our most critical assets
• Guide the production of motion assets, individually and with external agencies and consultants
• Contribute to the creation of motion design guidelines
• Be involved in the entire creative process, from brief to measurement

Have direct 1:1 B2B Media SaaS experience
