Requirements
- Experienced: 2+ years in sourcing, lead generation, sales development, or recruiting—ideally within North American tech startups
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever, ZoomInfo, etc., and eager to learn new platforms
- Organized & Analytical: Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple searches without missing details, and turning data into actionable strategy
- Self-Starter: You own your projects, find creative ways to keep tasks engaging, and consistently exceed targets
- Communicative: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for building rapport and maintaining strong follow-through
- Flexible & Reliable: You adapt to shifting priorities and deliver on commitments, balancing autonomy with accountability
Responsibilities

- Drive Impact: Partner with Principal Recruiters to craft multichannel outreach, set quarterly revenue targets, and deliver insights that shape our clients’ hiring strategies

- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and more to connect with high-performing candidates

- CRM/ATS Management: Keep our database pristine—log activities, track candidate progress, and generate reports that measure our impact
- Performance Metrics: Help set and exceed quarterly and annual placement targets through accurate forecasting and KPI tracking
