Summary
Join CyberEd Smart's founding sales team as a Strategic Account Executive. This consultative sales role focuses on building long-term relationships with C-level executives at enterprise organizations across the US. You will act as a strategic advisor, emphasizing the importance of a security-conscious corporate culture. Your expertise in cybersecurity and ability to identify and acquire new business will be crucial to CyberEd's growth. You will develop and pitch proposals, guide campaigns, and provide client support. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in complex, enterprise-level sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience managing & driving complex, enterprise level sales campaigns (mainly new business)
- 2+ years of cybersecurity experience in sales, delivery, engineering, or marketing
- Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC/Challenger/Value Selling or other formal processes)
- Strong relationship building skills with intellectual & experiential credentials necessary to establish trust & facilitate engagements that lead to customer confidence
- Ability to create & deliver high level presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Highly motivated & target driven with a proven track record in meeting sales quotas
Responsibilities
- Develop a high-level understanding of CyberEd's offerings & strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients
- Identify & acquire new clients through diligent & targeted outreach via cold call/email & other effective methods
- Leverage existing industry relationships at the enterprise level as well as with vendors to acquire new business & promote our brand story
- Create & pitch proposals which include media plans, content, & creative services
- Guide full campaign process including generating agreements, leading kickoff calls, & providing client support from beginning to end of each engagement
- Expedite the resolution of client needs, problems, & complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Collaborate & coordinate sales efforts with team members & cross functional departments
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly status updates, tracking sales & opportunity pipelines
