Summary
Join TIMOCOM as a Strategic Account Manager and play a key role in expanding our company's growth by building strong, long-term relationships with major clients. You will have the opportunity to work primarily from home, with monthly team meetings. Responsibilities include identifying key accounts, collaborating with partners to develop client potential, providing on-site consulting, representing the company at events, and developing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for sales growth and achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, and identifying upselling opportunities. The position requires strong customer focus, self-motivation, flexibility, and proficiency in German and English. Travel within the DACH region is required for occasional client visits.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic clients
- Identify key clients and collaborate with partners to uncover and develop client potential
- Provide on-site consulting to key clients
- Represent the company at congresses, trade fairs, and other events
- Identify business opportunities and develop customized solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Take responsibility for existing and new customer sales in your sales area, as well as for sales development and the achievement of sales targets
- Manage the sales process, from the quotation phase to contract signing and implementation
- Identify and realize upselling opportunities with existing customers
Preferred Qualifications
Have a second foreign language (Italian, Spanish, or French)
