Requirements

  • Proven success in executing 1:1 ABM campaigns, from account research and persona development to campaign execution and reporting
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive ABM strategies
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize and manage timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality assets
  • Experience in collaborating across teams (marketing, sales, and customer success), with strong communication skills to build alignment and foster trust
  • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs for value-driven experiences
  • Proficiency in ABM tools and platforms, with a curiosity for AI and how it can be applied to increase efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns for Superside’s strategic expansion accounts, including account research and analysis, engagement strategy, persona building, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and attribution
  • Conduct in-depth account research to identify key insights and build tailored ABM strategies, selecting the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for each account
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success leadership to align on objectives and ensure initiatives are targeted, impactful, and achieve intended goals
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, including pacing towards goals, and share findings with key stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets and enablement tools are delivered on time and meet quality standards
