Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully negotiating high-value deals
- Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and e-commerce trends
- Strong ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and navigate complex sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, with high-caliber presentation abilities and a knack for storytelling
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for selling, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments
Responsibilities
- Build the sales motion for Clarity, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to penetrate key prospects at existing and new businesses, engaging with C-level clients and leveraging internal resources such as engineers and customer success
- Deliver subject matter expertise to key executives at client companies
- Conduct thorough business needs analyses to illustrate how Clarity meets the unique requirements of prospective clients
- Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, delivering compelling business cases, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
- Be entrepreneurial, scrappy, where the hat of general manager for Clarity book of business to ensure sufficient pipeline, trialing, execution and conversion to hit team financial targets
- Foster strong relationships with customers to cultivate champions for Clarity, facilitating feedback and insights to enhance the product offering
- Engage proactively in webinars, calls, and face-to-face meetings to build rapport with clients and showcase the value of Clarity
