Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategy and business development with focus on technology partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Revenue and Marketing, rationalize and reinforce Alliance's GTM strategy with focus technology partners
  • Develop strategy, plans, and oversee execution of GTM models, including co-build, co-market and co-sell initiatives, that support pipeline generation and new revenue
  • Define, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relative to technology partners to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends in the data that enable Red Canary to meet business objectives
  • In collaboration with PartnerOps, establish targets, track, and report on Alliances-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAO) and results relative to pipeline and revenue
  • Direct the technical relationship across technology partners supporting Red Canary's MDR platform by facilitating account team technical support, escalations with partners, and roadmap alignment across internal and external parties
  • Establish yourself as a Red Canary and technology partner subject matter expert (SME) to serve as a primary contact with assigned partners and internally across Red Canary teams
  • Guide the team to understand and communicate upcoming technology partner changes and the corresponding impact to Red Canary
  • Research and identify meaningful partner features not currently utilized in our MDR product
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify what customer problems we could solve through deeper technology partner integrations

  • Compensation: $299,750- $316,945 OTE + equity
