Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic communications
- Proven track record in healthcare or startup environments
- Demonstrated success in change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion)
- Experience in data analysis and performance measurement
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that support company OKRs and initiatives
- Lead integration efforts to ensure alignment of communications across all departments
- Design and execute comprehensive change management communication strategies
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding initiatives for recruiting & HR purposes
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including Slack and Notion
- Create engaging content that reinforces company culture and values
- Develop strategies to effectively communicate company policies, benefits, and annual HR processes
- Implement and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to craft and disseminate key organizational messages
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging for OKRs
- Provide communications support for mergers, acquisitions, and major organizational changes
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on internal communications best practices
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies as needed
- Lead change management communications for organizational transformations
- Guide the organization through transitions with clear, timely, and empathetic communications
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives
- Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve communication strategies
