Summary

Join Procore as a Customer Success Engineer and champion our product for strategic clients. You will be a subject matter expert, helping customers adopt Procore and achieve business performance gains. This role involves making data-driven recommendations, crafting value-based presentations, and providing product updates. You will collaborate with various teams and travel up to 50% to client sites and events. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package and can be remote or based in one of our offices. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology and have significant experience in customer success or related fields.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS preferred
  • 8+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data

Responsibilities

  • Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Procore, based on customer analytics and industry best practices
  • Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform
  • Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers so that they can benefit from our leading-edge technology
  • Participate in product demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and external
  • Serve as a technical account manager by providing the highest level of responsiveness and customer service and to your clients, through clear and effective communication
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procoreโ€™s evolution as a market leader
  • Develop a mastery of Procoreโ€™s products, professional services, and industry best practices
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred
  • Experience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernizing the Construction industry is a plus
  • Previous experience as aย  construction Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator or Project Engineer preferred

  • Base Pay Range $160,000 - $220,000 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $200,000 - $275,000
