Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 2+ years of business experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, consulting, or investment banking, fast growing tech company experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial planning systems required (ex. Adaptive)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details
  • Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently
  • Strategic thinker; always looking at processes and evaluating for improvement opportunities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be the backbone of the Strategic Finance team, owning the support and maintenance of our key systems, tools, and processes
  • Support the coordination and organization of monthly Financial Close Package, Board of Director presentations, and Investor Relation reporting
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and prepare a monthly headcount reconciliation
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented
