Summary

Join MANTL as a Strategic Finance Lead and partner with business stakeholders to drive efficiency across the organization, become more data driven, and create strategic alignment. You will work closely with management and leadership teams, and have opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Experienced finance professional seeking an opportunity to play a strategic role across the company and establish a growing function within the organization
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, with experience in SaaS business models and metrics
• 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or strategic finance, business operations, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to bring MANTL's vision, values, and strategy to life
• Help drive efficiency across the organization, become more data driven, and create continued strategic alignment across every area of the business
• Work closely with management and leadership teams as well as partners across the FinTech industry
