Strategic Initiatives Intern

Summary

Join Aledade's Summer Internship program as a current college or graduate student and contribute to various departments. While each intern has a primary role, cross-team project involvement is encouraged. Interns receive guidance from senior leaders and participate in hands-on projects fostering an understanding of Aledade's operations and the healthcare system. The internship runs from June 2nd, 2025, to August 11th, 2025 (10 weeks). The program focuses on enhancing payer value and aligning primary care providers with value-based care. Interns will conduct research, facilitate meetings, and interview experts to understand the impact of new initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with, as well as create and give presentations to leadership
• Strong communication skills
• Currently enrolled in MA program in Health Care, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Help research, develop, and prioritize new strategy initiatives to enhance payer value and increase alignment for primary care providers shifting into value-based care
• Facilitate and manage meetings with internal stakeholders, including agenda planning and developing content through industry scans
• Interview internal and external experts to understand the impact of new initiatives

• Strategy planning experience
• Passionate about health care and interested in making a positive impact in the field
• Detail oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards
• A collaborative team player
• A self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership of projects
