Summary

As a Strategic Project Manager at PointClickCare, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing project strategies, leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, gathering project requirements, communicating updates, fostering collaboration, and improving project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in project management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, ensure successful completion of key initiatives
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members
• Continuously assess and improve project management process and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• 5-10 years leading large scale projects in Healthcare SaaS organizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expert in project management software & tools
• Senior Care and Industry knowledge is always a plus!
• Experience with Go-to-Market customer engagement models focused on customer value realization

Benefits

$133,900 - $156,000 a year base salary + bonus + benefits + equity
