Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in channel management or sales

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners that align with Solo's growth objectives
- Manage relationships with new existing partners in your region to maximize revenue opportunities
- Implement channel strategies to expand market reach and drive sales through partners
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Sales, marketing, and Product to align and enhance partner strategies
- Monitor and analyze partner sales data, providing insights and recommendations
- Proactively provide feedback and information to leadership on market conditions and partner needs
