Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry
• Strong expertise in LATAM payment ecosystems, including card schemes, alternative payment methods, and local acquiring
• Proven track record in negotiating deals with financial institutions, fintechs, and payment providers
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, from C-level executives to technical teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with ease

Responsibilities

• Identify & Develop a strong pipeline of high-impact partners, including PSPs, acquiring banks, alternative payment providers, and fraud prevention solutions
• Negotiate & Close partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and strengthen Yuno’s value proposition
• Build & Nurture relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, fintechs, and global payment players
• Align & Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, legal, compliance) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships
• Stay Ahead of industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and competitive insights to identify new growth opportunities
