Summary

The Manager, Strategic Partnerships role at Belong Health is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and advancing potential partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations. Requirements

  • Experience in solution-based selling or consulting within payer or provider organizations
  • Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various functional areas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations
  • Qualify and prioritize potential leads based on fit with Belong Health's solutions and target market criteria
  • Support the Director, Strategic Partnerships in managing the sales cycle, including outreach, stakeholder alignment, partnership terms negotiation, and agreement finalization
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Belong Health's solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Analytics and Product, to gather relevant data and insights to support business development efforts
  • Represent Belong Health at relevant industry conferences and events, and participate in professional organizations to generate interest and build relationships
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials to support the Strategic Partnerships team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, strategy, or partnership roles, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly related to value-based care, Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans, CMS/CMMI programs, Accountable Care Organizations
