Summary
Join Ladder as a Strategic Partnerships Manager and help define and execute the company's strategy with key insurance industry partners. You will lead strategic initiatives, build strong partner relationships, and collaborate across multiple internal teams. This role requires a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business strategy. Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 5+ years experience in a partnerships or business strategy role (consulting, banking, business operations, etc)
- Start-up mentality. Desire to roll-up your sleeves and problem-solve
- Comfortable working with many cross-functional stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Passion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processes
- A team player, quick thinker, and a fast learner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive approach
- Analytical ability to deliver high-impact insights, manage reporting, etc
- Proficiency with Excel
Responsibilities
- Help define and execute Ladderβs strategy with key partners in the insurance industry
- Lead or program manage multiple strategic initiatives at any given point. Some examples include: driving the launch of a new channel with a key partner, assessing novel revenue or service models, or crafting a new offering to ensure it delivers value to Ladder and partners
- Build long-term relationships with our partners to understand their organization, strategy and goals
- Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally: you will need to navigate across multiple internal teams (BD, product, engineering, legal, finance, compliance) to manage partner activities and relationships
- Define, track, and analyze partner performance metrics to find opportunities to improve the business, and drive reporting and updates about key partners to leadership across Ladder
