Summary
Join Procore as a Strategic Product Consultant, Public Sector to leverage your expertise in public sector design and construction management and Procore's software platforms. Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to guide clients in adopting best practices and optimizing system efficiency. Conduct trainings and consultations to educate clients on Procore tools and best practices. Improve client organizational processes using your knowledge of business operations and the construction industry. Provide exceptional service and education to clients through clear communication. Foster a positive team culture by onboarding and mentoring team members. Collaborate with Procore to develop best practices and drive market leadership. This remote position requires up to 50% travel and reports to the Manager, Strategic Product Consultants.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience within the real estate development and construction industry
- Demonstrated experience as a Consultant, Project Director, Project Manager, or Operations Manager
- Experience conducting client discovery sessions, creating operational workflows as well as delivering client onsite presentations and consultations
- Experience managing full project development lifecycles; including scope definition, design review, permitting, procurement, budget, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule, quality control and safety
Responsibilities
- Partner with Professional Services Delivery Project Managers to develop and align client organizational processes with Procore’s standard operating procedures through tailored training and consultations
- Conduct virtual consultations, trainings and in-person sessions to educate clients on Procore tools and best practices
- Leverage knowledge of business operations, real estate development as well as the construction industry to improve client organizational processes in Procore and across the client’s entire organization
- Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication
- Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
- Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
- Develop a mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
- Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Public Sector software implementations preferred
- Prior experience in management, operations, advisory, or product consulting will be considered with appropriate experience
- Experience establishing SOPs preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Benefits
- Base Pay Range $118,973 - $163,588. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $139,968 - $192,456. Eligible for Equity Compensation
