Sales Enablement Program Manager

Summary

Join Bloomerang's Business Development Team as a Sales Enablement Program Manager! You'll play a vital role in developing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at all levels. Your responsibilities include supporting knowledge transfer, coaching BDRs, collaborating with other program managers, and adapting to organizational needs. Success requires 3-5 years of sales enablement experience and 1-3 years as a BDR or BDR manager. Excellent content development and delivery skills are essential. Requirements

• 3-5 years Prior work experience in Sales Enablement
• 1-3 Previous experience as a BDR, BDR manager
• Excellent Content development and delivery skills
• Track record of developing new talent
• Creative problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support Knowledge transfer during and after onboarding
• Work closely with BDR leadership to understand and solve for issues
• Effectively coach and develop BDRs at all stages of development
• Work collaboratively with other Program Managers, Enablement and sales leaders to identify and strategically approach and solve problems
• Adapt quickly to organizational needs and identify opportunities to bring BDR team and leadership through change
• Decreased ramp time for new BDRs
• Higher quality MQOs turned into sales
• More comprehensive communication and process cadence across the sales organization
• High NPS scores from BDRs and BDR leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Factor 8 or John Barrows training
• Coaching methodology

• The salary range for this position is a total OTE of $88,000 - $132,000
• This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position
