Join our Revenue Operations team as a Strategic Programs and Project Manager to drive the success of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. You will lead and manage cross-functional GTM initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves driving program lifecycle activities, facilitating annual GTM planning, and optimizing our RevOps ticketing and helpdesk process. You will partner with various stakeholders, track initiative progress, and design a scalable project management framework. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, experience in a B2B SaaS environment, and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a passion for efficiency, and a systems-thinking approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy operations, or revenue operations roles—preferably in a B2B SaaS or GTM-facing environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, OKR alignment) and tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority
- Strong process orientation with a bias for action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional GTM initiatives, ensuring timely execution, clear accountability, and progress toward strategic objectives
- Drive program lifecycle activities, including project scoping, planning, execution, change management, risk mitigation, and retrospective reviews
- Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Finance, etc.) to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee and coordinate major initiatives such as Annual Planning, Revenue War Room, Pipeline Health Initiatives, GTM OKRs and Transformation initiatives
- Facilitate the annual GTM planning process, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment
- Lead prioritization frameworks and governance to ensure focus on the most impactful initiatives
- Track and report on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders
- Design and implement a scalable project management framework and tooling for the Revenue Operations team
- Own and optimize our RevOps ticketing and helpdesk process, improving SLA adherence, process clarity, and team efficiency
- Serve as a force multiplier for the RevOps organization—bringing clarity to chaos and enabling teams to move faster with focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RevOps, sales, or GTM operations is a strong plus
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, Zendesk/Jira (for helpdesk ticketing), and other GTM systems
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
- A strategic mind paired with tactical execution skills
