Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
- Identification and understanding of technical concepts and issues in order to ask critical questions and hold teams accountable
- Intermediate knowledge of APIs, including RESTful architecture, HTTP methods and authentication mechanisms
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers about API requirements and integrations
- Identification and understanding of API-related issues
- Evaluate API documentation and performance
- Intermediate knowledge level of database concepts and relational databases
- Understanding of SQL queries
- Intermediate knowledge of development lifecycle
- Familiarity working with Jira and Agile systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complex technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers to develop and execute technical services based solutions
- Help define and work with the team to communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and personnel for client facing technical initiatives, development and integration projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Benefits
- Base Pay Range $123,760 - $170,170 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $145,600 - $200,200
