Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects for Fortune 500 clients
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
• Identification and understanding of technical concepts and issues in order to ask critical questions and hold teams accountable
• Intermediate knowledge of APIs, including RESTful architecture, HTTP methods and authentication mechanisms
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers about API requirements and integrations
• Identification and understanding of API-related issues
• Evaluate API documentation and performance
• Intermediate knowledge level of database concepts and relational databases
• Understanding of SQL queries
• Intermediate knowledge of development lifecycle
• Familiarity working with Jira and Agile systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers to develop and execute technical services based solutions
• Help define and work with the team to communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and personnel for client facing technical initiatives, development and integration projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Benefits

• Base Pay Range $123,760 - $170,170 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $145,600 - $200,200
