Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, tech consulting, digital strategy, or business advisory
• Extensive Tech Background, understand and can advise in all major programming languages
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, pitch and close consulting projects
• Experience structuring and managing cross-functional teams, ideally in a technology-driven environment
• Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals and lead executive-level discussions
• Deep AI understanding and enthusiastic about new possibilities with AI
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from scale-ups to large enterprises
• Understand client challenges in operations, digital transformation, market expansion, or tech adoption
• Frame and lead strategic initiatives that combine business consulting with technological solutions
• Deliver actionable recommendations backed by sound analysis and structured thinking
• Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with empathy and impact
• Identify business opportunities within client conversations and proactively propose new services
• Collaborate with sales to write winning proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs
• Represent NFQ in presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts
• Translate client needs into well-structured project scopes and delivery plans
• Keep communication tight and transparent, aligning clients and teams around shared goals
• Review project outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and business relevance
• Synthesize complex technical or operational challenges into compelling narratives
• Deliver findings in both written reports and executive presentations
• Facilitate client decision-making with clarity and insight

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software, digital product, or innovation consulting
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, fintech, or e-commerce sectors
• Hands-on involvement in tech scoping, architecture planning, or digital platform advisory
• Understanding of Agile delivery methods and modern software development
