Requirements
- You have a bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
 - At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
 - A high level of English is required
 - Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
 - Generate high business impact based on your decisions
 - Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
 - Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
 
Responsibilities
- Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
 - Being a Growth Senior Analyst at Fever means working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring
 - Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry
 - Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments that work together in the creation of new plans and events
 - Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
 - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
 - Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
 - Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish is a plus
 - Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
 - Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
