Strategy Analyst in Poland

Summary

GoFundMe is hiring an independent contractor for the role of a Strategy Analyst I to support strategic initiatives and drive growth, efficiency, and effectiveness across their operations teams. The person will be responsible for performance and KPI reporting, identifying and resolving operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing analyses and insights for senior management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Business Operations, Project Management, and/or Operations Management
• BA, BSc, Master’s, or equivalent degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics, economics, or similar field
• C1 fluency or higher in English required

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day ownership and upkeep of performance and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop analyses and insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with payments, fintech, ecommerce, social media, or marketplace companies a plus
