Strategy and Development Manager

Summary

Join Wing, a Google-backed company revolutionizing last-mile logistics with drone delivery, as a Strategy & Development Manager. This remote US-based role involves developing complex business and product strategies, driving strategic projects, incubating new initiatives, providing analytical support, and facilitating business operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop revenue and pricing strategies, define and track key metrics, drive product and market strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy & Development, Product Management and/or Investment Banking/Venture Capital firm
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Master at analyzing & problem solving complex initiatives with strong business acumen
• Strong data-modeling and reporting skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives end-to-end (manage project schedules & deliverables, structure and execute in-depth analyses, identify risks early, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders & senior leads)
• Develop Wing’s revenue & pricing strategy to ensure long term viability, which includes deal structuring, business case development, financial model/projections, etc
• Define and track key product/business metrics/KPIs, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and support annual planning
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., ops, marketing, partnerships) to drive product, vertical, and geo-specific GTM strategies
• Develop short, medium, and long term growth strategies (e.g. M&A, expansion, etc.)
• Proactively and regularly analyze key metrics, identifying initial insights and undertaking in-depth follow-up analysis
• Provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on insights, analysis, experience, technical acumen and strong business judgment
• Drive creation of quarterly Board materials and discussion agendas
