Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or related roles in a SaaS or logistics environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), analytics (e.g.Tableau/Mode), and diagnostic tools (e.g. Datadog)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute our regional launch playbook to bring Nash to new regions and customers
  • Identify and assess new opportunities, including geographic expansions and vertical-specific strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Partner closely with our local network of delivery providers and carriers to support their growth
  • Work with the global supply team to define regional processes and prioritise product/engineering efforts
  • Monitor and optimize carrier performance, including service quality, and compliance to identify shared opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and onboard new partners to support growth and enable new delivery types
  • Serve as the go-to resource for strategic and operational challenges in the region
  • Lead cross-functional projects, such as launching new products, implementing process improvements, or addressing operational bottlenecks
