Summary

DeGate is seeking a Strategy and Growth lead with 2+ years of analytical experience and a demonstrated interest in blockchain technology. The role involves strategic planning, market intelligence, stakeholder collaboration, operational excellence, and analytical rigor. DeGate is a decentralised exchange (DEX) trading protocol with a mission to provide features commonly found in Centralised Exchanges (CEX) while maintaining the benefits of decentralisation.

Requirements

• 2+ years in an analytical role, with exposure to strategy development and operational improvements
• Demonstrated interest in blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem
• Ability to think strategically, develop comprehensive solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with SQL preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop, articulate, and implement innovative strategies for user acquisition and retention
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and technology to execute growth initiatives seamlessly
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitor strategies, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement
