Strategy & Operations Manager

Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as a Strategy & Operations Manager and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new and emerging business units. Collaborate with commercial General Managers, Product, and Technology leaders to develop business strategies, analyze performance, and ensure delivery on critical initiatives. Leverage data-driven insights to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities. Manage operational plans and execution of business-critical projects, aligning them with high-level strategy. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide visibility to executives. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and project leadership. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics
• Fluency in data and strong technical skills to make data-driven decisions
• Excel, SQL skills required; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to utilize data-driven insights to deliver strategic decision-making and recommend new courses of action
• Operational Leadership: Manage operational plans and execution of business-critical projects, ensuring alignment with high-level strategy
• Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide visibility to executives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building analysis with significant AI components, bonus if leveraging tools like CoPilot, Hex, etc
