Summary

Join Lob as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst and become a key player in aligning Marketing and Revenue. You will analyze full-funnel performance, build attribution models, support campaign effectiveness reviews, and maintain the revenue data stack. Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Demand Gen to drive pipeline and bookings. In the first six months, implement attribution improvements, launch a refreshed dashboard suite, and influence GTM decisions. Within a year, evolve top-of-funnel measurement, build a revenue contribution model, and contribute to the usage-based GTM model strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data tools, and experience in marketing analytics or RevOps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, RevOps, or Marketing Ops roles with GTM exposure
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with data tools like Looker, Redshift, and Polytomic
  • Fluency in marketing funnel stages (MQL > SQO > CW) and multi-touch attribution
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent MAP)
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven insights
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong business acumen
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics)

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance multi-touch attribution modeling and campaign ROI reporting
  • Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and pipeline trends to drive GTM decision-making
  • Manage and improve dashboards in Looker and Polytomic across funnel stages
  • Partner with MOPS and Demand Gen to ensure data integrity for lead routing and source accuracy
  • Support reporting deliverables for WBRs, QBRs, and board-level presentations
  • Implement at least one major attribution or funnel diagnostics improvement to enhance full-funnel visibility
  • Launch a refreshed marketing performance dashboard suite
  • Deliver insights that influence at least one strategic GTM change or marketing investment decision
  • Partner with GTM leadership to evolve how we measure and optimize top-of-funnel efficiency
  • Build a repeatable model for marketing contribution to revenue by segment and lead source
  • Contribute to the operational strategy for Lobโ€™s shift toward a usage-based GTM model

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ABM and inbound GTM motions
  • Experience supporting a usage-based business model
  • Comfort owning tooling processes and collaborating with cross-functional RevOps peers
  • Previous experience working with revenue tech stack tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clari

Benefits

  • Base salary: $125,000 - $135,000
  • Variable $12,500-$15,000
  • OTE: $137,500 - $155,000
