Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • End to end project management
  • Strong experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel)
  • Familiarity with data hygiene best practices, automation tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability
  • Identify areas where data is inconsistent and improve accuracy
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Overall Business)
  • Pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics across the funnel (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity)
  • Generate adhoc reports to support overall GTM strategy
  • Document data trends defined by Revenue Operations
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies with how data is captured and leveraged day to day
  • Develop and document scalable processes that improve cross-team alignment and operational consistency
  • Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine process, data, and automation
  • Manage integrations between CRM and other revenue tools
  • Partner with IT or external vendors to scope system improvements and ensure smooth implementations
  • Act as a power user for CRM and related platforms
