Summary

Join College Track as a Student Recruitment Specialist and help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities to matriculate to and graduate from college.

Requirements

• Enjoy engaging with young people
• Have a strong belief that every scholar deserves the opportunity to graduate from college
• Be experienced in planning events while managing all elements of project delivery
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable with public speaking
• Be confident in analyzing and reporting data
• Be energized to organize and plan recruitment events
• Be innovative and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities
• Build relationships within the community and engage with scholars and their caregivers providing them with knowledge and resources they need to be successful
