Summary

Join College Track as a Student Recruitment Specialist and help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities to join the college completion program. As a passionate member of the team, you will build relationships within the community, engage with scholars and their caregivers, and provide them with knowledge and resources to be successful.

Requirements

• Enjoy engaging with young people (late middle school and high school youth)
• Be experienced planning events while managing all elements of project delivery
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable with public speaking
• Be confident in analyzing and reporting data
• Be energized to organize and plan recruitment events
• Be innovative and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities
• Build relationships within the community
• Engage with scholars and their caregivers providing them with knowledge and resources they need to be successful
