As an SME Role, you'll work directly with learning, project, and functional members as an expert in your field or discipline to support the creation and review of content for new and existing courses or organizational processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional expertise in occupation
• Eager to shape the skills, minds, and trajectories of the newest generation of learners
• The person that your colleagues naturally gravitate to when they are trying to figure something out

Responsibilities

• Curate existing learning components
• Design new content and contextualize existing content to meet learning needs, context and industry
• Help develop a world-class curriculum by building out lesson plans, exercises, and other materials in partnership with instructional designers and other subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Work as a content contributor and SME
• Facilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic community that welcomes the various needs and learning styles of your students
