Requirements

  • Desire to help people
  • Experienced in working on customer tickets and tools such as Zendesk would be a plus
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Flexibility in working in shifts if the business requires it
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus
  • Location: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia are preferable
