Requirements

  • Knowledge of replacement car parts, how to purchase and fit one to the car
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including conveying ideas clearly and persuasively to customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in analysing data and trends to make informed decisions and optimise strategies
  • Familiarity with digital sales & marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and preferences
  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and support sales efforts
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile and buying personas
  • Initiate conversations with prospects, educate them about our products or services, and build interest through effective communication
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to articulate their value propositions clearly and concisely
  • Use our CRM system (Hubspot) to track lead interactions, update prospect information, and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with Account Executives to strategise on lead development and handoff processes
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification progress, including key metrics and KPIs
  • Support the creation of customer collateral such as explainer videos, product guides, emails, and presentations
  • Interact with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services
  • Support the creation of automated onboarding journeys by assisting in developing and implementing onboarding infrastructure
