As an SCA, you will ensure products reach the right locations timely, acting as a communication link between customers, sales, and factory teams. You will oversee end-to-end supply and order management, focusing on continuous improvement and optimizing revenue/supply. The role involves working independently and on project teams, identifying process improvements, and translating business requirements. Some SCAs may also consult on tools, systems, and processes. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer or product supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, finance or related fields
  • Prior experience with customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable conclusions
  • Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Working knowledge of Excel: Power query, tables & formatting, conditional formatting, advanced charting, pivot tables & pivot reporting, VBA & macros
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other industry standard reporting and communication tools
  • Flexible with the ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the right product gets to the right location at the right time
  • Act as the communication conduit between the customer, sales team, and the factory facing teams to optimize revenue/supply and achieve mutual objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply and order management related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, and daily customer issues like logistics
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of OpX
  • Identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies
  • Communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements
  • Consult on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes
  • Provide input to system/process design
  • Provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting
  • Work on several projects &/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders
  • Conduct budget &/or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators

Benefits

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $77,790 - $116,690
