Join Precisely's Summer Internship Program as a Support Analyst Intern! This paid, part-time, 10-week remote internship (June 9th-August 15th) is open to undergraduate students in the US. You will work with the Technical Support team to investigate, analyze, and reorganize team documentation and files. Collaborate with peers to ensure comprehensive documentation, interview stakeholders, and evaluate current documentation policies. Develop recommendations for improvement, compile findings into presentations and reports, and work with teams to refine document management processes. This internship offers hands-on experience, networking opportunities, and valuable skills development.
Requirements
- Precisely's internship program is for rising junior and senior undergraduate students graduating after August 2025
- Strong communications (verbal and written) and interviewing skills for investigation, documentation, reporting, and presenting results
- Strong analytical skills to assess, categorize, and improve document organization
- Excellent organizational and design abilities for structuring documentation and storage systems
- Effective collaboration skills to work with teammates and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with colleagues in different countries and time zones
- Project management skills to ensure smooth progress toward project milestones and completion targets
- Proficiency in delivering clear and concise presentations to convey findings and recommendations
- An ability or willingness to develop proficiency in AWS for cloud storage and documentation management
- An ability to or willingness to develop expertise in Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for document collaboration and storage
Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders in the Support organization, including support engineers, managers, development management, and other departments to understand and describe usage patterns and requirements for various types of documents and other information
- Identify and categorize documents and other information within the organization assess storage locations, and review existing indexing resources
- Evaluate current documentation policies and procedures, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop a recommended design for reorganizing document storage and improving indexing systems to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and maintainability
- Compile findings into structured presentations and reports, communicate insights to stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to refine document management processes
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone are strongly preferred; however, candidates in all time zones are welcome to apply
