You will be responsible for programming market research studies using Confirmit (Forsta Plus) and potentially Decipher (Forsta Surveys), ensuring data integrity and adherence to timelines and budgets. Requirements

• Possess expert knowledge of Confirmit (Forsta Plus) (minimum 2 years of experience required)
• Have at least 1 year of market research experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech/MSc/MCA)
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Possess an unwavering commitment to doing things right the first time
• Have an expert understanding of questionnaire structure
• Be excellent at managing multiple projects and priorities
• Possess a strong understanding of market research methods
• Have a propensity to quickly learn and implement new processes and applications
• Demonstrate ingenuity and a willingness to learn new techniques
• Possess excellent skills in establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers
• Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Be organized, self-motivated, and self-directed

Responsibilities

• Develop online surveys using Confirmit (Forsta Plus) and potentially Decipher (Forsta Surveys)
• Thoroughly review client materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Deliver high-quality surveys that meet client expectations and deadlines
• Resolve amendments and issues during quality assurance and client testing phases
• Proactively suggest design improvements to enhance panelist comprehension
• Meet programming timelines and resolve data issues efficiently
• Work directly with clients on custom solutions and address their needs
• Prepare surveys for deployment and set up tracking links
• Collaborate with Data Processing to meet client deliverable requirements, including dashboards and specific data needs
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
• Report to and receive information from your manager, and stay updated on the latest data collection technologies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Work cooperatively with colleagues
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Achieve a minimum client satisfaction score of 6.4 on a 1-7 scale
• Maintain a minimum of 94% error-free survey links
• Achieve a minimum of 98% on-time link delivery, with early deliveries preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Decipher (Forsta Surveys) in addition to Confirmit (Forsta Plus) is desirable
• JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML programming knowledge is desirable
