Summary
Join Quantis, a leading sustainability consultancy, as a Senior or Principal Sustainability Strategist! You will be responsible for business development, project management, and client relationship building within specific sectors (Food & Beverages, Cosmetics & Personal Care, Fashion & Sporting Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Finance, Industrial Goods). This role requires 4+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal) of relevant experience in consulting and corporate sustainability. You will lead sustainability projects, contribute to revenue growth, and collaborate with a global team. The position offers opportunities for professional development and impact-oriented work within a collaborative and innovative environment. Locations include France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and the US (with remote options).
Requirements
- Apply your consulting, strategy, and client relationship development skills to our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries
- Be a motivated senior strategy consultant or account manager with 4+ years (for Senior Strategists) / 10+ years (for Principal Strategists) of relevant experience
- Have substantial exposure to corporate sustainability and be eager to deepen your expertise in this area
- Have good experience in at least one of Quantis' sectors of activity (mentioned above), and understand the dynamics and challenges of this sector
- Have a proven track record in business development, including building long-term client partnerships and developing strategic solutions for clients
- Excel at building networks both within your organization and with clients to maximize impact
- Have strong project management skills and be capable of leading projects with the support of subject matter experts
- Communicate fluently and effectively in English and the local language of your branch (French, German or Italian)
- Be highly motivated by the challenges of guiding global companies on a sustainable change pathway, adapting your strategy expertise to new challenges and innovating new paths to success
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to be part of a team shaping the future of sustainability transformation
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of business development and project management in your sector
- Establish and nurture high-impact client relationships, positioning Quantis as the preferred partner for sustainability transformation
- Contribute to the companyβs revenue growth
- Lead sustainability projects
- Contribute to the development of the Food & Beverages sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Cosmetics & Personal Care sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Fashion & Sporting Goods sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Pharmaceuticals sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Chemicals sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Finance sector at Quantis
- Contribute to the development of the Industrial Goods sector at Quantis
- For Principal Strategists: Mentor and train colleagues, helping them apply their expertise to find solutions
- For Principal Strategists: Support the growth and development of your colleagues
