Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrating a high level of motivation, patience, and dedication to quality work
  • Maintain full engagement in day-to-day operations, with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues and implementing timely, effective solutions
  • Actively propose and implement cost optimization strategies, including identifying unnecessary expenses, improving processes, and automating workflows where applicable
  • Take initiative in organizing and maintaining proper workflows, equipment lifecycles, and infrastructure processes
  • Set up and maintain workstations, networks, and XR devices to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage and track hardware shipments: oversee shipping, receiving, relocation of equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and verify hardware condition
  • Provide necessary equipment to users upon request and keep the inventory up-to-date
  • Maintain and support on-site physical servers
  • Continuously optimize and upgrade hardware and software components as needed to meet evolving needs
  • Administer core services including GSuite, Jira, Confluence, and others, supporting company-wide productivity
  • Provide necessary system access to employees based on Jira requests
  • Maintain accurate license counts to match the organizationโ€™s needs, avoiding excess licensing costs
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access management, equipment distribution, data transfers, and collaboration with relevant teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Monitor the health and performance of core systems and infrastructure components
  • Proactively identify and address technical issues related to hardware and software to minimize downtime and disruptions
  • Support employees with any technical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies in collaboration with the security inspector
