System Engineer

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a leading ICT employer in Hungary, and become a System Engineer in the Quality Steering and Security hub. This newly established team focuses on the PACCA project, an auto-patching solution using IBM Concert. You will develop, operate, and manage sustainable security solutions for DTIT and the Deutsche Telekom AG Group. The role requires system administration background, cloud and on-prem skills, and Linux scripting expertise. Hybrid work is expected with one day per week in the office. Remote work is limited to within Hungary.

Requirements

• System admin background
• Cloud related and on-prem related skills
• Linux scripting background (RedHat, SUSE, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux)
• K8S, ECS Know-how
• Knowledge of IBM Concert
• Ansible know-how
• Familiar with GitLab and a DevIDE
• English knowledge as must

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable solutions for security requirements in DTIT and the Deutsche Telekom AG Group
• Operate and manage sustainable solutions for security requirements in DTIT and the Deutsche Telekom AG Group
• Design and operationalize processes to ensure security requirements in DTIT
• Provide IT systems that support the personnel, physical, and financial security of company assets, employees, and customers

Preferred Qualifications

German knowledge is advantage
