Systems Analyst

Summary

Join Datacom's Internal Group Technology team in Auckland as an ERP Systems Analyst. You will manage and deliver project tasks, provide BAU system support, and collaborate with peers to support service delivery. This role involves problem-solving complex system issues, leading stakeholder engagement, and ensuring quality assurance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and maintain operational discipline. This position offers hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP systems for one of Oracle’s largest customers in Australasia. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with NetSuite and project methodologies, and a passion for technology.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead presentations and workshops
• Excellent customer relationship development and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong service delivery and user support experience
• Enterprise project delivery experience
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP system
• An enterprise accounting background
• Experience with Atlassian - Jira, Confluence and Zephyr
• Experience with different project methodologies. Waterfall and agile
• Technical documentation experience
• Desire and ability to learn fast on the job and through formalised training
• Technical mindset and passion for process and technology
• Strong desire and drive to make an impact and difference

Responsibilities

• Actively involved in all aspects of our programme and service delivery for our enterprise systems
• Ownership of project tasks and deliverables
• Problem solve complex system issues
• Own the delivery of enhancements and changes to our business processes and systems
• Lead the engagement of senior business stakeholder/process owners
• Support the development of your peers
• Reporting to senior managers and our stakeholder groups
• Own system maintenance activities
• Be part of an highly effective team working collaboratively to achieve the outcomes required
• Quality assurance of work delivered by others
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and build a culture of service excellence
• Display a high level of operational discipline, ensuring that Datacom processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
• Subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business
