The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, and proven expertise in business analysis. Remote work is available in the USA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development, with deep knowledge of ITSM best practices
- Proven expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional ownership of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience working with ServiceNow AI
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes; identify opportunities for automation and improvement using ServiceNow
- Design and implement innovative solutions utilizing the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, including AI features
- Apply knowledge of Moveworks to enhance user experience and streamline interactions
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of delivered solutions
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address challenges
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including requirement specs, process flows, training guides, and user manuals
- Provide clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles
- Deliver end-user training sessions and develop supporting materials to facilitate smooth adoption and usage
- Apply ITIL best practices to drive operational efficiency and service delivery excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Moveworks (preferred)
- Proven success in managing platform migrations (e.g., Jira to ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, DSDM)
- Experienced in driving cross-functional meetings
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with external vendors
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
