Systems Enablement Specialist

Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Systems Enablement Specialist and empower our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. You will design and deliver sales training programs, support the GTM organization with updates, work with the GTM Operations team to identify training needs, customize training materials, and conduct training sessions. This role requires Salesforce knowledge and project management skills. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, product training and ongoing development related to our CRM and Sales Policy
• Enabling the GTM organization with updates such as changes to internal processes, new releases from our IS department and product feature releases. You will then continue to support the teams with the adoption of these changes until successfully embraced
• Working closely with the GTM Operations team and other stakeholders to understand/diagnose the performance in the region, and consequently support Sales Leadership with identifying individual and team training needs
• Customize training materials to address the specific needs of different sales teams and roles
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and effective learning
• Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the company’s sales strategy and goals
• Work with the Team Lead - System Enablement Specialists to identify and implement new tools and technologies that can enhance sales performance
• Conducting informal training sessions and workshops for a variety of teams
