You will design and deliver sales training, manage sales tools and processes, analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in sales, operations, or a related field, along with proven experience in training program creation and management. Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach is essential. Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a SaaS company with a background in sales, operations, or equivalent position
- Proven track record in successfully creating and running training programs and utilizing Learning Management Systems such as 360 Learning
- Experience with using and configuring various sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, Avoma, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficient in Outreach or Salesloft sequencing tools
- Experience with addressing top of funnel challenges and outbound cycles, with a proven track record of optimizing outbound motions
- Experience with project management and agile best practices to ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on clear and concise communication style
- Solid understanding of Sales lifecycles and Customer journeys
- Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skills tools (data tracking, analysis, and generating insights)
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and collaboration facilities

Responsibilities
- Design, run, and manage sales regular training sessions
- Document processes, manage deployment and connectivity of global playbooks for the whole Sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Avoma, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Gainsight
- Lead and own all analytics related to enablement initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and survey analysis
- Create and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards
- Accountable for the overall health and improvement of data quality and accuracy
- Make proactive recommendations to address gaps in sales execution or processes to ensure a positive impact to the sales lifecycle
- Proactively maintain a regular cadence of communication with leadership and sales, including but not limited to the VP of Sales
- Work closely with various stakeholders (i.e sales, marketing, customer success) to capture requirements and implement controls to monitor adoption of sales processes
- Collaborate with various other teams to fulfill project requirements and address blockers in delivering solutions
- Understanding high level aspects of Outreach and Salesforce; including basic administration
- Overall comfortable with technical assessments and learning new systems
- Always following and staying on top of current best practices and industry standards to achieve optimal results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Notion is an asset
- Outreach Certified Administrator is an asset
