Join Humi as a Sales Enablement Specialist and contribute to best-in-class commercial results by delivering impactful training and resources that drive sales performance. Reporting to the head of sales, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our sales enablement strategy across Direct and Partner channels. Your responsibilities will include improving sales team performance, optimizing go-to-market technology, and reducing new hire ramp time. Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS, fast-growing scale-ups)
  • Demonstrable experience as a sales trainer, with knowledge of B2B sales for Direct and Partner channels
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and revenue
  • Strong background in pulling levers that impact sales performance metrics
  • Tangible experience coaching and mentoring sales teams
  • Experience thriving in a high velocity, fast-paced work environment
  • Inbound and outbound sales processes
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong communication skills and able to provide constructive feedback
  • Detail oriented, organized and process driven

Responsibilities

  • Increase conversion rates throughout all stages of the sales cycle
  • Boost revenue generation by improving the performance of our sales team
  • Optimize our usage of go-to-market tech to create a more efficient, effective sales team
  • Reduce new hire ramp time and ensure they are meeting targets
  • Develop and deliver best-in-class sales training, ensuring widespread adoption and producing tangible results
  • Assist with sales onboarding processes, ensuring strong sales skills, deep product knowledge and motivation to succeed
  • Embed a culture of best practice and sales excellence
  • Leverage reporting data to drive improvements in sales metrics across individuals and teams
  • Lead a regular cadence of 1:1 training sessions, live call listening, demo reviews, group training and roleplays
  • Deliver invaluable sales resources, including localized pitch decks, competitor and industry battlecards, testimonials, value propositions, and playbooks
  • Work with our Go to Market Leadership team on a regular basis to understand their strategic business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

System knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Outreach, and Confluence
