Requirements

• Microsoft OS server experience
• All-rounder in Microsoft Products
• Microsoft Security/ Defender, MFA
• Advanced OS troubleshooting experience
• Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, RADIUS, NPS
• DNS, DHCP
• VPN, LAN, Wireless
• Certificate management
• PowerShell & scripting
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope
• Min of 3+ years experience in a similar role and environment

Responsibilities

• Support Datacom's technical infrastructure including corporate hardware and software as well as providing corporate systems for the Datacom Business
• Perform support activities in our corporate Production Environment, including responsibility for infrastructure changes following formal change control process
• Assist with Priority incidents and internal projects as opportunities present themselves
