Summary

Join our team as a System Integrator supporting NASA's Office of Strategic Infrastructure! This role requires extensive experience in enterprise analytics and building systems within the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies. You will develop program plans, identify key assets, and establish data standards for institutional analytics. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration are essential. The position is located at Langley Research Center with remote options for local candidates. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years’ experience. Experience may be substituted for degree
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead and collaborate
  • Possess a strong understanding and experience with industry best practices and compliance standards such as ASHRAE 223P
  • Show proficiency in analytics as pertains to utilities and building systems, specifically deployments within the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies
  • Have strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a collaborative environment
  • Have experience in planning, executing, and managing system integration projects
  • Be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develop a concise Program Plan that will support NASA’s goal for Institutional Analytics
  • Identify 20 common facility assets and fault detection rules that will form an “Initial Institutional Analytics Capability.”
  • Develop data standards that support an enterprise implementation of the Initial Institutional Analytics Capability
  • Document data standards and provide implementation guidance in a concise Data Governance Guide
  • Develop and document system integration plans and architectures. Assess requirements and identify appropriate solutions
  • Implements detailed plans and recommends policies and procedures regarding program specific requirements
